Shipping and Returns

Shipping is calculated based on package weight and size.  CKYC endeavors to ship your purchases at the highest security for the lowest cost.  Our default shipping rate is $10 USD for USPS Priority Mail, but we will adjust shipping rates where possible.  All orders will ship within three business days once payment is received.

All sales through this website are final and shall not be subject to return or refund, except that unused yarn in its original condition, unwound and in its original packaging, and unopened needles, hooks, and notions in original condition in original packaging, may be returned and exchanged within twenty-one (21) days after purchase. All permitted refunds shall be in the form of a credit to the original card used for payment; such credit shall be posted once CKYC has confirmed that the returned item is in returnable condition and notified the customer via email.

All web returns must be shipped with tracking, at the customer’s sole cost and expense, to the following address:

Books, patterns, opened needles and notions, clearance items, and yarn that has been wound MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON save manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing defects are those that prevent you from completing a project that falls within the compass of the manufacturer's recommendations.  Mismatched or tangled skeins are not considered defective.
